Datastor.io is our tenant portal. This is where you'll configure and enable solutions from Datastor.io

Initial Login Steps

  1. Enter your Tenant ID and your tempory password

  2. Update your password

Your Tenant ID and temporary password is included in the Welcome Email

Once logged in you'll be dropped in your tenant landing page. From here you can view and update your tenant information and solutions purchased from Datastor.io Marketplace.

Enabling your VM Backups

  1. Click "Solutions" on the Left panel

  2. Click the "Configure" button on the VM Backups - Data Protection Core line

  3. Choose your Region and click "Save"

  4. You will be brought back to you tenant page. Click the Slider Toggle to enable the VM backups.

  5. The VM Backups line Status will change from "Configured" to "Enabling". You should receive an Email confirming your solution is submitted

  6. Once the solution is fully configured you should recieve an Email. You can verify this in the tenant portal. The VM Backup line should now show "Enabled"

You can View you VM Backup solution configuration by clicking the 'View" button

Building and Enabling your new VM Backup solution can take up to an hour

Commvault Command Center

You can jump into your Datastor.io Command Center tenancy directly from our tenant portal. In here you'll be able to configure and view your VM backups. Follow below to access the Command Center

  1. From the Datastor.io tenant portal page, click the "portals" drop down button in the top Right and select "Commvault"

  2. This will redirect you to your Command Center tenancy landing page

  3. This will use your SaaS credentials to log you into your tenancy

  4. From here you'll land into the Command Center Dashboard
