Getting Started

This section walks you through subscribing to Datastor.io VM Backups, receiving your tenant credentials, and gaining access to the Tenant Portal.

Subscribe through AWS Marketplace

You must first login to your target AWS account

1. Visit the Kelyntech Marketplace with this link.

• [Optional] You can reach the Kelyntech Marketplace with the following steps:

• Navigate to AWS Marketplace

• Click "Discover Products" in the Left hand panel

• Search for "Kelyn Technologies"

1. Select "Datastor.io VM Protection".

2. Click "View Purchase Options" in the top Right

3. Review the page and click the "Subscribe" button under purchase details

4. Click "Set up your account" in the subscription progress banner in the top Right

5. Complete the Registration form

   • First Name

   • Last Name

   • Email Address

   • Company Name

   • Company Tenant Name [This must be lowercase with no spaces or special characters]

Please note your Company Tenant Name will be used as your portal login realm

1. Once complete click the "Submit" button

2. You will see a registration successful page. Click "OK" and close the window

3. Please check your email you registered with for a confirmation and login info

4. Continue with Tenant Provisioning
